***GENERAL LEVEL PLACEMENT NOTE!!!
Please, PLEASE, please be honest when registering the Level of routines. We know there are incredible dancers doing Shining Starz skills that are only at the studio Rising Starz times and vice versa. When this situation arises, PLEASE place them in the appropriate Level based on skill level and not instructional time. We expect and feel it is the Studio Director/Teacher/Choreographer's responsibility to enter their routines in the correct Level as accurately as possible so we the Competition Directors and Crew do not have to police correct Level placement and can focus on what we need to focus on which is dancers have the best experience possible! PLEASE be honest and use your very best judgement and enter the routine accordingly and in the correct Level. Also, we love seeing our teachers dance as well...Patrick and I loved dancing and competing with our dancers too! We advise those routines containing teachers to be entered skill/level appropriate. Please do not put a routine with a teacher doing Shining Starz level skills in a Rising Starz level!!!
*LEVEL CHANGE NOTE: While we expect all Studio Directors/Teachers/Choreographers to place their routines in the correct Level, we give our judges the final say if they feel a routine Level needs to be adjusted. THEREFORE, if ALL THREE JUDGES agree and alert us to this need, we will notify the Studio Director/Teacher/Choreographer promptly of this note and make changes accordingly. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and understanding if this happens to one or more of your routines.
